It depends on the nature of your event. A limousine has a more elegant appearance, whereas a limo bus offers more features as well as stand up room.

Lost & found for Client

To cover the driver's time, a fee of $50 is required, which covers the cost of returning the lost item to the client by mail. Alternatively, clients may opt for the driver to personally deliver the item, with a minimum charge of $25 plus an additional $3 .50 per mile starting from our base office in RiverFalls. The company will hold onto the item for 14 business days from the day it was left in the vehicle or at the property. After this period, any unclaimed items will be disposed of properly. We will make efforts to contact you and send a text message or by e-mail .

While Express Chauffeur is unable to provide insurance, replacements, or reimbursement for lost items, we can recommend contacting your local authorities to file a police report if you’ve lost items with sensitive or personal information. If the police reach out to us with the proper paperwork via email, we’ll assist them in any way we can. Check out our Law enforcement requests page for more information on police outreach. Keep in mind that we’re unable to guarantee items will be found or delivered immediately.

Per Express Chauffeur Terms of Service, we do not procure insurance for, nor are we responsible for, personal belongings left in the car by drivers or riders. For this reason, we’re unable to provide refunds for rides or reimbursement for the value of lost items. Statutes»Chapter 170

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Please note that we do not accept checks & cash as a form of payment.

Can I get a full refund?
There aren’t any refunds on time you book but don’t use. For example if you book a 4 hour reservation but only use 3 hours, there’s no refund on the last hour.
What is your return policy?

A return is not possible before 72 hours of riding in a taxi or limousine.

Our sedans can accommodate up to 3 passengers, while the SUV is more suitable for groups of 4 to 7 passengers.

Credit Card ?

It is possible to request a price quote without providing credit card information, however, in order to confirm the price or agree to the quote, you will need to add a credit card to your account by logging in with the designated email address. Prior to being picked up, a deposit is mandatory for booking our services. Should you opt to pay the remaining amount in cash upon pick up, you must inform us in advance.
