    If you fail to connect with your driver within 24 hours, Travel Visit Trip - Taxi - Limo is ready to assist you in locating your item.

  • Are you responsible for my lost item?

    Please note that neither Travel Visit Trip - Taxi - Limo nor the drivers are liable for items left in a vehicle. We cannot guarantee that your item will be in the driver's possession.

  • What are the fees for item return?

    Once your item is returned, a fee starting at $50 will apply, depending on whether we need to deliver it to you. If you prefer shipping, you will be responsible for all return costs.

  • How can I contact you?

  • What should I do if I find my item?

    If you locate your item before we assist you, please inform us immediately to avoid unnecessary fees.
