Hourly Rates

Service Agreement
- Customer Acknowledgment: The Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
- Legal Disclaimer and Release of Liability Agreement:
- The Client waives, releases, and discharges Travel Visit Trip LLC from claims for damages, injury, or death due to any negligent act or omission by the driver or third-party service.
- The Client acknowledges the taxi vehicle is fully insured with a policy limit of $1.5 million.
- This waiver is ongoing and remains in effect until revoked in writing.
- Agreement to Terms: These Legal Terms are a binding agreement. Using our services means you agree to these terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the services.
- Changes and Modifications: We may modify these Legal Terms. Changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept them.
- Eligibility: Users must be at least 13 years old. Minors must have parental/guardian permission and supervision.
- Client Age and Information:
- The Client is at least 18 years old and legally competent.
- The Client certifies the accuracy of pickup date, time, number of passengers, and billing information.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
- Non-Refundable Payments: Reservation deposits or prepayments are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Fees: A $ 150 TO 400.00 fee applies, plus any other applicable fees.
- Weddings and Proms: Deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. The Client is responsible for the full contracted amount.
- Early Cancellations: Cancellations 120 days or more before service incur a 25% charge of the total contracted price or forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations Within 168 Hours: Cancellations between 7 days and up to 168 hours before service incur a 75% charge of the total contracted price.
- No Show Policy: 100% of the contracted price is charged.
- Stretch Limousine Cancellations: 100% of the contracted price is charged.
- Rescheduling or Modifying Your Itinerary:
- (A) If we can accommodate your request, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply.
- (B) If we cannot accommodate your changes, the reservation will be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation policies apply.
- For missed flights or schedule changes, contact Express Chauffeur immediately at 715-629-3294 to avoid "No Show" charges.
- Important Note: Obtain a cancellation confirmation email with a cancellation number, time, and date.
- No Show Policy:
- Contact us to avoid "No Show" charges.
- If your driver is not present at the confirmed pick-up point, do not leave without calling our office at 715-629-3294 or using the complimentary airport phone line in your confirmation.
- Travel Visit Trip will retain a card on file, and attempts to contact you will be made before deeming a reservation a "No Show."

- Follow the instructions in your reservation confirmation to avoid complications.
- We guarantee our service when you book with us.
- Point-to-Point Transfers:
- Waiting Time: A 30-minute grace period is allowed for pickups. Additional waiting time is charged at the rate in your confirmation email.
- A standard 20% gratuity will be added to your bill, calculated from fare, stop time, and wait time. Additional charges for tolls, parking, and airport fees will also apply.
- En-route stops incur a fee of $10.00 for a sedan and $20.00 for a stretch limousine, not including extra mileage.
- Complimentary soda is offered. Alcoholic beverages (including beer and champagne) must be ordered at booking for an additional fee.
- Gratuity Policy: A 20% gratuity is required.
- Hourly Charter Services:
- Hourly charter services must be continuous; any excess of 15 minutes will be charged as a full hour.
- Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Violators incur a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee, and the driver may terminate the trip, charging passengers in full.
- A cleaning fee of up to $200.00 may be assessed for unsanitary conditions, spills, or damages.
- Physical damage incurs additional repair charges, including $20.00 for each broken or missing glass.
- Individuals under 21 are not permitted in vehicles containing alcohol.1 We may cancel service and charge the full amount if a driver observes underage passengers consuming alcohol.
- Financial Responsibilities:
- The Client agrees to pay a late fee of 2% per month on unpaid balances, including cancellation fees and indemnification provisions.
- The Client reimburses Travel Visit Trip for collection costs, including attorney fees at 40% of the outstanding balance or $275 per hour for balances exceeding $500.
- By providing a telephone number and submitting this form you are consenting to be contacted by SMS text message. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt-out of further messaging.
- If legal action is necessary, the Client is responsible for all court costs, attorney fees, and the outstanding balance.
- Passengers who become ill in the vehicle incur a minimum cleaning fee, with final costs based on the detailing service's bill.
- Limitations of Liability: Binding Arbitration
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration if informal negotiations fail.
- YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
